This Shipping Policy explains how Cargo Nald Duck delivers shipping containers and site cabins, how delivery is priced, and what your site needs.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery availability and cost depend on your address. We confirm both in your quote before you pay. You can also collect your unit from our yard in Black Hawk, South Dakota. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timing depends on your location and the unit. We give you an estimated delivery window with your quote. Delivery is scheduled after full payment is received, and we contact you before delivery to confirm the date and time window.

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery: Quoted per address, based on distance and the size of the unit. The quote is added to your invoice before you pay.
  • Local pickup: Free. Collect your unit from our yard; we confirm a pickup time with you.

Site Requirements

To ensure safe delivery, your site must meet the following requirements:

  • Level, firm ground (concrete, asphalt, gravel, or compacted soil)
  • Minimum 12 feet width and 14 feet height clearance for the delivery truck
  • No low-hanging wires, branches, or obstacles
  • Adequate space for the truck to maneuver (minimum 60 feet straight line)
  • An adult must be present to sign for delivery and guide placement

Delivery Method

Containers are delivered on tilt-bed or flatbed trucks. The driver will slide the container off the truck onto your prepared site. The container cannot be lifted or placed on elevated surfaces during standard delivery.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to site inaccessibility, no adult present, or unsafe conditions, a redelivery fee may apply, which we confirm with you before rebooking. Please ensure your site is ready before the scheduled delivery date.
