Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Payment must be received in full before shipment. We accept direct bank transfer and check payments, as set out on your invoice. For large orders, a deposit may be required.

4. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and suitable for container placement.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Custom-modified containers and used containers sold “as-is” are non-returnable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONTAINERHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
